No ticket numbers and no call centre. Message us on Instagram or by email, and you'll be talking to someone who has actually held the bottles.

We're a small operation, so a message sent late on a Friday will be read on Monday by the same person who packed your box.
It saves a round trip if your first message has:
The returns page covers what we can put right, and the FAQ answers most things faster than we can type them.
If you run a shop, studio, hotel or spa and want to carry the blends, tell us where you are and what you'd want to stock. We're small and deliberately slow, so we can't say yes to everything — but we'll answer honestly rather than leave you waiting.
Press and collaborations: hello@elementalscents.com. We can supply product photography, the brand story, and the founder's side of it.
If you distil or supply essential oils and think we should smell yours, we'd like to. Tell us the botanical name, the origin, the extraction method, and whether you can provide a GC/MS report and an allergen declaration. That last part is not optional for us — it's what lets us print a truthful label.
We can't advise on symptoms, conditions or medication. We're happy to talk for as long as you like about how a blend smells, when to use it and what's in it — but anything medical belongs with a qualified healthcare professional, and we'll always say so.
Our blends are composed for scent and ritual. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Essential oils can be unsafe in pregnancy, for infants, and with some medical conditions — consult a qualified healthcare professional if you’re unsure. BaZi is presented as a traditional interpretive lens, not prediction or medical guidance.
