There are three ways to buy, and the route you choose decides who carries the parcel and whose rules cover the delivery.
Everything below describes orders we send ourselves. For marketplace orders, treat it as a guide to how we pack and how quickly the bottles leave us.
Blends are made in small batches, not held in a warehouse by the pallet. Orders normally leave us within 1–2 business days, and we don't dispatch on Sundays or Thai public holidays.
If a blend is between batches, we'll tell you the honest date before we take your money — or refund it. We would rather send you a bottle late than a bottle rushed.
Orders are packed from Bangkok, Thailand.
Shipping depends on where you are. Marketplace orders use Shopee’s or Lazada’s own rates at checkout. For direct orders we send by Thailand Post as standard, and quote express or international delivery by location before you pay.
Delivery times are working days after dispatch, not after ordering, and they’re the courier’s estimate rather than our promise. Rain, festivals and the week either side of Songkran all stretch them.
You'll get a tracking number by email once the parcel is collected. Numbers usually take a few hours to start showing movement — a tracking page that says nothing yet is normal on day one.
Marketplace orders track inside the Shopee or Lazada app itself, which is more reliable than anything we can tell you from the outside.
When the parcel arrives, keep the bottles somewhere cool and dark and out of the sun — not on a windowsill, and not in a car. Heat is what ages a blend fastest.
Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts, and most couriers class them as flammable liquids. That limits which services can carry them by air and, in some countries, whether they can be imported at all without paperwork.
We currently ship internationally on request only — message us with your country before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get bottles to you and what it costs. Any customs duty or import tax is the receiver's to pay; we can't estimate it for you and we can't mark a parcel as a gift to reduce it.
Leaked, broken, missing, or simply not what you ordered — photograph it before you tidy anything away, including the outer box, and send the photos to us. That single step settles almost every claim quickly.
