A bottle of oil is a sealed, aromatic thing, so we can't run returns the way a shop selling jumpers does. Here is exactly what we can take back, what we can't, and why.

Shopee or Lazada. Start the return inside the app, using their return or refund button. The platform's own policy and time limits apply — they hold the payment, so they run the process, and their window may be shorter or longer than ours. Message us there too and we'll help it along from our side.
Instagram or email. Message us directly and we'll handle it ourselves. Everything below describes these orders.
This one is simple and it's on us. Before you tidy anything away, take photographs of the bottle, the packing material and the outer box, including the shipping label. Send them to us as soon as you can.
We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — including what you paid for shipping. You won't be asked to post a broken bottle of oil back across the country; nobody wants that parcel, least of all a courier.
If tracking says delivered and nothing arrived, tell us anyway. We'll open a trace with the courier and tell you what comes back.
If the bottle is still sealed and unopened, send it back within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund the price of the goods. Return postage is yours to pay unless the fault was ours, and we'd ask you to use a tracked service — an untracked parcel that goes missing is one neither of us can prove.
Once a seal is broken we can't resell the bottle, and we won't quietly send it to someone else. That's the whole reason for the rule.
Scent is personal, and no description survives contact with a real nose. We'd genuinely rather you told us than said nothing — it's the most useful thing we get.
But an opened bottle can't come back, so the honest answer is that we can't refund a smell you didn't take to. If you're unsure before you buy, message us and describe what you already like — that's a better filter than any product page.
Nothing on this page reduces the rights you have under Thai consumer law, or under the buyer-protection terms of the marketplace you ordered from. Where those give you more than we offer here, they win.
If a bottle has leaked, wash any oil off your skin with soap and water and keep it away from your eyes. Concentrated essential oils can irritate skin, and some are best kept away from cats and birds. Tell us what happened — a leak is a packing failure on our part, and we want to know.
